Gordon Gruenke started The Gruenke Company Inc., as a small woodworking business in 1984 when ADA Regulations changed requiring ADA signage for the visually impaired the company moved in that direction and has been successfully producing Braille signage as well as developing many other products for the signage industry.

Kim and Jason bought the company in February of 2015. Since then the company has doubled in size and now employs 7-10 people. They kept the name to prolong the long history of excellence.

Today Gruenke Company produces signs for hospitals, schools, municipal buildings and industrial companies, specializing on interior/exterior signage and engraving supplies.

History of Kim and Jason Baumann:

Kim was dental hygienist and Jason was a hospice nurse when they decided to buy the company from Gordy after working with him in 2013.

In 2015, Gruenke Company had over $250,000 in sales.
